Housing the ETA E84 305 movement, the AR coated sapphire crystal screen is crisp and large with extremely fast moving hands accentuating a set of distinctive features such as an altimeter, barometer, alarm, compass, countdown timer and chronograph which mount the rotating bezel. A quick time zone feature also allows the wearer to read the current time on the main dial simultaneously with a second time on the digital screen. Well illuminated hands and markers on the dial allow for low light visibility and the added bonus of a blue backlight accompanies the LDC screen for nighttime use. Various functions of the movement are accessed via pressing two activation sites on both walls of the watch in conjunction with swipes on the screen. The T Touch Expert Solar is carried by a sturdy titanium case and whilst remaining lightweight and comfortable on the wrist, a size increase to 45mm in diameter results in a broader wear and exudes a powerful presence.
